Latest windows update problem

I am facing an issue after the latest windows update on my laptop. I have already tried uninstalling latest functions update but I have been unsuccessful. My laptop says it is unable to uninstall it and that I should try to reset it (troubleshooting > reset computer).An immediate answer would be realy helpful and appreciated due to an urgent matter.Kind regards!
