Latest windows 10 update gives API error for USB audio device

The update from yesterday (10.0.19045 Build 19045) is giving my USB audio device the below API error and I am unable to use it at all. I have tried running the troubleshoot for devices and it did not fix the issue. Any fixes for this? This device cannot start. (Code 10) Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API.
