Latest windows 10 is inefficient on SSD.

I went back to windows 10 today morning. I use hard disk sentinel. When I was in windows 11 yesterday, doing nothing on my pc, the ssd temperatures were 34 degrees. Now when computer is on Idle, my SSD temperature is 48. Am uninstalling this windows 10, It has destroyed my SSD health by 1% in 1 day. Microsoft what's up with your current windows 10. My room and computer are well ventilated so there's no explanation as to why the SSD should be at 48 degrees on IDLE. Even when am offline. What is windows 10 doing that windows 11 wasn't?And at 1pm I experienced 2 consecutive BSOD's for no reason,
