Latest 24H2 ALT-TAB Has Also Broken NWN2 Toolset/Game Switching For Builders

Please note that I have already tried a number of solutions and while some suggestions appear to mitigate, they eventually FAIL to fix this alt-tab issue, causing the computer to become non-responsive within the tool set.
