Latency Issue

I have been having latency issues when ever I start up a video game, no matter what the game is. Some games are worse than others and I've been looking every where for a solution, however with no such luck. Any assistance in this matter would be extremely helpful. Bellow is that information for the test I ran on LatencyMon.
