Laptop Won’t Detect Bluetooth Earbuds (Phone Can)

Hey, I’m having an issue where my laptop and desktop won’t detect my Bluetooth earbuds, but my phone connects to them just fine. This started a few months ago. My old pair of earbuds worked fine, but the new ones have never been detected. Has anyone else had this happen? Any tips? Thanks!
