Laptop wont connect to anything.

I’m very disappointed in Windows. Everytime I’ve updated my laptop something has went wrong. Last night I updated to Window 11, which I did not want to do because of the last time I updated and wasn’t able to download anything from the store. Now I’m unable to search anything on Edge, go on my school websites or any website. None apps are loading either not even the support app. So I’m unable to use my laptop at all. The wifi is working on everything else. I’ve uninstalled the updates, reset my wifi and done all the steps still nothing. This makes me want to return my laptop and buy something
