Laptop won't boot and shows BSOD

Whenever I power my laptop, It just won't boot up, screen does not wake, keyboard lights does not light up, but fans are running. Also, when I try to power it up 2-3 times, then it powers on and sometimes run fine. But sometimes, it gives BSOD and shows stop codes like, IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL, MEMORY related problem. I have run some diagnostics but everything with drivers seemed fine. When I ran memory diagnostic test it was taking so long to complete, like 1 hour for around 12% completion of 1 round of test, so I exit it.
