Laptop turning on and off randomly on its own

I have a HP pavilion laptop I recently tried to increase the video ram of laptop without installing any applications or new graphics card with the help of a tutorial on YouTube. Now,my laptop is randomly turning on and off on its own. I have tried doing a hard reset but it is not working. I don't know what to do please help.I tried to open bios by repeatedly pressing delete key,F1,F2,F11 key,etc as shown in the tutorial I mentioned above and this issue has been persistent ever since. I tried to update my BIOS and it is saying error 500When it turns on it is only for a couple of seconds shows
