Laptop suddenly shut down and when opened,changed to a previous version (Windows 10)

Hello guys,Recently, my younger sister tripped, and my laptop fell on its edges(thankfully). But a few minutes later, it suddenly shut down on its own and when I turned it on, instead of Windows 11 it changed to Windows 10, and it has become a lot more laggier and storage space is too short. (I can't even open WhatsApp on it). Thanks in advance for suggestions!
