laptop speakers, mic, aux not showing or working in windows 11

So windows updater hasn't been working for months so I downloaded a 3rd party app(IObit driver booster) and updated everything and after my laptop restarted the audio output "Realtek something" doesn't show up not even in control panel, I used the troubleshooter with no luck and then a microsoft assistant used quick assist to try and fix the problem but he couldn't so I did a full reset but also nothing happened(windows update started working after reset), I downloaded my laptop drivers from asus website and installed them, I installed Realtek audio drivers, I used intel's driver thing and all
