Laptop shut down on idle

Recently, my laptop starts shutting down when the screen turned off on idle. This never happens before and i didn't make any changes whatsoever. I've checked on every power plan settings and none seems to be the solution. When i'm back to my laptop, pressing space bar immediately turns it on like the system just restarted. Does anyone know what am i missing here?
