Laptop shut down message about other users

I have one laptop for personal use at home. When I am done using it for the day, I shut it down.I sometimes get a message that warns me if I shut down, others using the computer will lose access (or something like that). There are no other users, period, full stop. If I miss seeing this message, the computer stays powered up. This has been an issue on both Windows 10 and 11. Is there a setting I can change to tell the system this warning is not necessary?
