Laptop shut down during sleep or hibernation randomly with power plugged-in

This happens on average once a week. I put my laptop to sleep or hibernation with power cable plugged in, then when I tried to wake it, it started from a clean boot up and all my opened programs were gone. Battery was still full, so it's not like it ran out of power or something. My power plan is balanced with fast start-up disabled, although it was the same enabled.OS Build: 22621.1555

Windows 11 will not shut down or sleep through OS, or closing the lid. Only a Hard Shutdown will turn off the computer.
