Laptop says connected to a organisation when I am not.

There is nothing underneath "access work or school." I cant add a screenshot for some reason but trust me, all it tells me to do is "connect" an account. I no longer have the Login details for any of my work or school accounts.I have searched dsregcmd /status on command prompt and it says that i have joined a workplace and have a work account, however I cannot remove it.I want to add a windows Hello pin, it keeps saying my organisation has control over my computer settings when I do not know how to remove it.
