laptop RUNS INTO error and then restarts

FYI my laptop hp envy, recently got reformatted a month before,my laptop suddenly shows that it has run INTO error and then restarts closing all the apps that i had opened before.... this is the 2nd time it has happenned in this week... what should i do?
