Laptop restarted and then froze

[Windows 10]

I turned on my laptop for the first time, and it said it needed to restart before I could use it. It restarted, loaded for a little bit, and then got stuck on a screen that says "Just a moment..." for like 20 minutes. (The website won't let me upload a picture for some reason)It's been completely frozen. Even when I close it and then open it, it's still exactly where I left it. I've tried holding down the power button, I've tried pressing random buttons, I've tried unplugging the charger and then plugging it back in, I've tried everything, but nothing works.How do I fix this?
