Laptop randomly stops detecting sound outputs from 2 external monitors.

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad laptop with Windows 11 and I'm using 2 external monitors connected via USB-C (one of USB-C inputs in my laptop is Thunderbolt). Normally, I prefer to have my sound from one of the monitors but recently, my laptops randomly stops detecting them. If I'm not working with anything that uses sound, the laptop stops detecting external speakers of monitors and switches to its own speakers. Also happens if I turn it on or wake from sleep. However, when that happens and I unplug and plug the cables again, external monitors sound systems are again visible.When this happens they'
