Laptop randomly freezes without bsod or dump

[Windows 11]

Hello, i need some help with an issue ive been having since a while. My laptop *MI LAPTOP PRO 15 MX250* in the past months keeps crashing every 5/10/15 minutes, randomly. I cannot find the source of the problem. Formatting hasn't solved the issue. The laptop just freezes without a BSOD or making a dumpfile. If the audio is on, it keeps grrrrrrrring until i have to force the shutdown. Can you please help?
