Laptop pin issue (code 0xd000025) and cannot login to account as 2FA won't send

Hi all,Error code on laptop login page after updates - error code 0xd0000225 - an issue with the pin directory. Pin no longer works. Cannot get to the control panel page due to bitlocker encryption, so cannot reset the directory.However, also cannot login to Microsoft account as it demands 2 factor verification and I cannot receive a 2FA code to either mobile, alternative email, or to outlook apps on the phone. Without getting into the MSA, I can't get the bitlocker code to then reset the pin code. Can't see what can be done now other than wipe the laptop?At the moment, can't login and use Mic
