Laptop Overheating and Lagspikes Issues While Gaming

Hi,I’m having trouble with my laptop when playing games. My processor gets extremely hot, and every 20-30 seconds, the fan suddenly goes to full speed. When this happens, my game starts lagging badly and frames start dropping,screen freezes and like that etc, which is making it almost impossible to play properly.Here are my system specs:OS: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro (Version 10.0.22631 Build 22631)Laptop Model: Dynabook G83/HSProcessor: 11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz, 4 cores, 8 logical processorsRAM: 16GB (Total physical memory: 15.6 GB)BIOS Version: 8.60 (7/19/2023)I’d appreciate any
