laptop not letting me fix unbalanced hedphones

[Windows 11]

i use bluetooth headphones, and theyre unbalanced but on every other device i use it lets me fix it. i have my school computer and my laptop and they both use windows 11. when i try to adjust the sound levels in each ear, it adjusts the volume in both ears. i have mono audio turned off, i have the spatial sound settings turned on, ive tried restarting multiple times. how do i fix this?
