Laptop mistakingly moved to Windows 11 Pro/Business and won't allow me to login on a personal account. How to change windows or change settings to all

Tech team at a small company mistakingly took a personal computer and made it for work/school only. I have tried factory resetting it several times, but it skips the question each time on if the computer is for work or personal. Will I need to buy a new windows license? Overall what should I do to fix this issue and repurpose it as a personal computer again.
