Laptop keyboard & touchpad work in UEFI but not in Windows

HP envy 360 laptop ~2.5 yrs old - Win 11 23H2. Keys and touchpad and touch screen stopped working when i started laptop in December after it sat for about 2 weeks. External keyboard & mouse do work.Keys and touchpad work in UEFI and pass all component tests, so at the hardware level everything works.
