Laptop keyboard not working

Hi on my pc I was playing a game and then now on my pc I can’t type like YouTube without it going to youtuve and Google also when I type enter it goes Google ‘ and now my space bar whenever I click that it makes it as enter please help me I don’t know what to do, I fixed the registry editor thing and it’s all 1 please help me
