Laptop keyboard issues since windows 11 upgrade

I have a T470 20HD, since upgrade from windows 10 to windows 11 pro, none of the CTRL and ALT buttons work (laptop keyboard)Most times on cold boot as well the full keyboard doesn't work, if I click restart then it will work after warm boot.I tried the following things:- Automatic keyboard driver update- Keyboard test in BIOS, all keys seem to work except CTRL and ALT ones- Delete keyboard driver and restart- Searched Lenovo website for specific keyboard driver but cannot find (current driver is standard PS2)- External USB keyboard works fineAny ideas? TIA
