Laptop keeps restarting during normal usage after 1-3 minutes

Basically when doing normal task (web browsing, youtube, edge pdf) my hp victus laptop keeps restarting after 1-3 minutes. In event viewer, it says kernel power 41 (critical). This thing frequently happened if usb laptop is connected with something. However, when playing games it works just fine.
