Laptop keeps randomly shutting off

I have HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cc1x and it happens to keep randomly shutting down. At first I noticed when it comes to 40% percent it suddenly turns off. But now, the shutting down is now frequent and even shutting down at 90%. I already tried shutting off the fast start-up and I already changed the battery months ago. I'm doubtful that this is a battery problem since when I turn it on the battery percentage is still the same after randomly shutting down. I already did a full scan for virus and offline scan. Is there anything I can do about this? My Laptop's Specsrocessor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-
