Laptop Keeps Blue Screening Every Couple Hours

I have a Dell XPS 15 9520 with the following specs:- i7 12700H- 16gb RAM- 512gb SSD(Kioxia)- RTX 3050 Laptop GPUI've had it for about 3 years now and recently it's been blue screening every couple hours. The blue screen appears for only a split second, but I was able to see Critical_Process_Died. This also happened in October 2024 when Windows 11 24H2 first released. I had updated to it, then kept getting blue screens so I rolled it back.
