Laptop internet isn't working

Brand new laptop facing issues. Face ID suddenly stopped working a couple days ago, then yesterday my wifi options disappeared and I'm now unable to access any internet. Settings shows that my account is "Local Account" instead of my name, and some administrator privileges are not working, despite it being an administrator profile. Screenshots/capture hotkeys are not working on any keyboards I own. There's no known malware or viruses on my device.
