Laptop immediately shuts down when I disconnect it from charger

I have a HP laptop 15s-eq2xxx of 8GB RAM and 496 GB storage. It has a 64 bit operating system and a processor, AMD Ryzen 5 5500U with radeon graphics. Using windows 11.About a month ago, my laptop's original charger of 45W broke and I got a 65W charger to charge it. It never charged the laptop to 100 then and heated the right side of the keyboard. After about some time, the charge rate seemed the same like it would stop charging at 60% after many times then it gradually got low like about 31%.
