Laptop GPU got disconnected.

I unplugged my hdmi cord from my laptop, and the GPU got disconnected. I tried cleaning the fans and put better screws on the base of the laptop. The integrated card still works, but the Nvidia GTX (Max Q design); is hidden in devices manager, and it says its not connected.
