Laptop freezing and becoming completely non responsive

[Windows 10]

Hello,I recently factory reset my laptop and while installing windows it shut down so then I went to the repair guy and he used the usb and turned on the laptop. Now the problem is It keeps freezing every few minutes Doesn't turn on properly. I've to use Bios recovery or troubleshooting to turn it on And when it's on It freezes and then I've to shut it down I thought it was some drivers issue or update but it freezes before even completing that And I also realised that there's no sleep option for some reason nowI need to fix it asap please help
