Hello,I am having some issues with my Dell laptopI haven't had this issue since a few days ago and it has driven me crazy as i couldn't find a solution on the internet on on the forums (answers.microsoft.com)At first the laptop behaves unsmoothly, lags and sometimes even stops to respond to input. I've also noticed that this only happens when the device is not charging. While i am charging the device it runs faster, smoother and respons quicker than when i am not.What i've also noticed (While the device is not charging) that the mouse doesn't behave smoothly. It stutters or sometimes even stop
