Laptop freezes randomly and won't turn off Unless I hold down the power button

Hello. These are my laptop specsOS: Windows 10CPU: Inter(R) Core(TM) i7-4510U CPU @ 2.00GHzGPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics FamilyMy laptop is not a gaming laptop but a basic Lenovo lancer 545, I don't play games that require high specs though I still enjoy my timeRecently I've been having this problem where my laptop will randomly freeze to the point where I can't shut down via the bottom left windows button or by using the button combination CTRL + ALT + Del, The only way it shuts down is by holding down the start up button Which frankly I'm scared of doing every time because I heard that it could
