LAPTOP FREEZES DURING WINDOWS 10 START-UP

Hi!I have a problem with a laptop and I searched and tried everything for months but I couldn't repair it.The laptop is a ASUS U80V one. It happened after a Win10 update. Simply Windows 10 freezes during the start-up (rotating dots pause) and I cannot do anything except shutting down. Altough Windows 10 freezes; harddrive and fans continue running. It has a switch for wi-fi and even I switch wi-fi off, the led indicator shows the wi-fi on. I opened the laptop's case to be sure the switch is working properly and the switch was fine.I tried installing Win7(mbr), Win10(gpt) and Ubuntu(both); but
