Dear reader, Could you tell me if Microsoft is aware of the issue described below and if there are plans for a solution? If so, when can we expect it? This problem has been ongoing for quite a while. In the past, when PCs and laptops were put to sleep, they entered the S3 sleep state, where all tasks are suspended to RAM and everything except the RAM is powered off. This is controlled by the "Put my device to sleep after X minutes" setting in Windows.
