laptop crashing with multiple dump file errors

Hi, this is a LG Gram Laptop that I have that has been crashing when the lid is closed (Never results in a blue screen on the actual screen when I turn on the lid, however reliability monitor say it is.) This has been crashing for so long now its a pain. The computer produced many dump files arranging with many different error codes. Reliability monitor only describes it as a "windows shut up unexpectantly." Event viewer only lists the problem as "CRITICAL" along with saying it was rebooted without properly shutting down.
