Laptop crashing after sleep / wont wake from sleep / Windows 11

Hello, My new laptop regularly will not wake up from sleep and it forces me to hard reboot the system.This happens either when the laptop goes to sleep automatically or when I close the screen.The result is a black screen with fans running relatively high. It is pretty much guaranteed to happen every day. How can I fix this?
