Laptop can't detect another display

Hello,My laptop can't detect a second display. I have tried connecting it to TVs, others laptops, PS4, etc, ... and it never works (with the exception of one specific TV).I connected it using an HDMI cable. All the ports are fine and I got a new cable because I thought the other one was faulty (it wasn't).All drivers are installed and updated. I have AMD Radeon (TM) Graphics.
