My laptop camera has not been working for quite a while. I've done all the troubleshooting that's available to me. The camera itself turns on, (the light turns on), but Windows doesn't connect with it. At the "Settings" page, the 'integrated camera' is black. and a messages says, "An app is using the camera now. Settings changed here or in the app will affect the app and camera preview below." But there is no app using the camera. I have even uninstalled a number of apps that use cameras. The only camera-related app I have not uninstalled is Zoom.
