Laptop camera is in black and white format after upgrade from windows 8.1 to windows 10

Hi,

I have upgraded to windows 10 from windows 8.1. Soon after that the camera is in black and white format. I tried to look up for some solutions online. I found some like reset camera application, Update driver, restart PC. But issue is still not resolved. Can anyone give me permanent solution to this issue.
