Laptop battery unsessfull

It is my first time here and it is because recently 6 months ago my father bought a laptop (attached screenshot) and since then I have used it almost every day for various jobs until a few weeks ago the laptop did not last at all if I did not connect it, The battery discharged quickly and had to be always connected. So while reviewing some forums and guides I realized my laptop only receives 200 mw/h. Does anyone know why this is??? (In a few days I'm going to take it in for repair.
