Laptop asking for PIN I never created.

My HP laptop is asking for a PIN to login. I do not recall ever creating a PIN. I always use a password and face ID. There are no options to change to a password to get in. I click on forgot PIN and it takes me to another screen with a beautiful background, and a magnifying glass in&nb
