laptop account PIN not available

[Microsoft Windows]

I had to install my hard drive in another laptop and the PIN to access my account was deactivated. When I configure the PIN, it says they are going to send a code to my email, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, but it doesn't arrive. How can I start my session?
