Languages in Language Bar and in Settings do not match. Can't delete language in Windows 11

For many years it was all good with languages.But starting from the latest updates in Windows 10 and in Windows 11, Mircosoft created a mess with languagues. I not only cannot delete unwanted langauges (I read all possible manuals, stackoverflow and god knows what else)but languages in Language Settings and Language Bar do not match.In Settings I have only English (Australia)In Language bar I have: - English (Australia)- Russian - English (United Kingdow)And no way to fix that mess. Microsoft, when are you going to fix it? Similar mess happens in all my computers / reinstallantions of OS.
