Language bar shows keyboard layout not defined in language settings

I'm using a couple different keyboard layouts and using the language bar to switch between them. My options are below. I noticed a while back that the United States-International layout was added but I haven't configured it under language settings for English (United Kingdom) or anywhere. Screens of my settings are also below. All the regional settings and formats are set to English (United Kingdom) even for welcome screen and new user accounts. Can someone help me track down where the layout comes from so I can remove it? I'm on Win 11 Pro version 10.0.22635 Build 22635.
