Hi All
A friend installed Windows10 and then decided she didn't like it so uninstalled it back to Windows 7.
All was ok except that she can't get onto the internet.
The Wireless adapter is enabled but has a cross over the Icon. I've done a diagnosis and it says 'there may be a problem Wireless driver'
So I plugged in the Ethernet directly to the router and same thing. It had the option to roll back driver but that didn't make any difference.
It's a Dell Vostro laptop.
Any guidance?
