"LAN No Internet Issue on Laptop"

I recently bought a new laptop, and when I connect it to the internet via LAN using a LAN-to-USB converter, it gets connected but shows "No Internet Access." The same setup works fine on my other laptop. I've tried all possible solutions available on YouTube, but the issue persists. What should I do?
