Kmode_exception_not_handled bsod windows 10

I keep getting BSOD error code "Kmode_exception_not_handled" at random times, and at this point I am thinking about replacing my hardware. I've tried reinstalling windows, running MemTest86, Windows Memory Diagnostic and Sfc /scannow. None of these options show any errors.
